多学科综合性肺康复对老年尘肺患者的效果

Effect of Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Pulmonary Rehabilitation on Aged Patients with Pneumoconiosis

摘要: 目的探讨多学科综合性肺康复治疗对老年尘肺患者的康复效果。方法2012年1月至2015年1月,住院老年稳定期尘肺患者85例分为对照组(n=40)和康复组(n=45),对照组采用常规内科药物治疗,康复组在此基础上进行多学科综合性肺康复12周。治疗前及治疗12周时采用功率自行车行心肺运动试验,采用BODE指数及慢性阻塞性肺疾病生活质量测评表进行评定。结果康复组治疗后的最大做功、最大摄氧量、6分钟步行距离、英国医学研究委员会呼吸问卷评分、BODE指数、日常生活能力、社会活动情况、抑郁和焦虑心理症状均较康复前改善(t>3.379, P<0.01),且均优于对照组(t>2.201, P<0.05)。对照组各项指标治疗前后均无显著性差异(t<2.339, P>0.05)。结论多学科综合性肺康复能提高老年尘肺患者的运动耐量及生活质量。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the effects of multidisciplinary comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation on aged patients with pneumoconiosis. MethodsFrom January, 2012 to January, 2015, 85 old stable inpatients with pneumoconiosis were divided into control group (n=40) and rehabilitation group (n=45). Both groups accepted routine medicine, while the rehabilitation group received multidisciplinary comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation for twelve weeks. They were assessed with cardiopulmonary exercise test, BODE index and quality of life before and after treatment. ResultsThe maximum work, maximal oxygen uptake, 6-minute walk distance, scores of modified Version of the British Medical Researsh Council Respiratory Questionnaire, BODE index, activities of daily living, social activities, depression and anxiety improved in the rehabilitation group after treatment (t>3.379, P<0.01), and were better than those in the control group (t>2.201, P<0.05). No imporvement was found in all the indices in the control group after treatment (t<2.339, P>0.05). ConclusionMultidisciplinary comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation can effectively improve exercise tolerance and quality of life in aged patients with pneumoconiosis.
