Abstract: Dishevelled (Dvl) is a kind of protein widely existing in human tissue, containing three structural domains: Dishevelled and Axin (DIX); postsynaptic density protein-95, disc large tumour suppressor, zonula occludens-1 (PDZ); and Dishevelled, Egl-10 and pleckstrin (DEP). Dvl participates in the Wnt signaling through different structure domains to play a role in nervous system development and neurogenesis after nerve injury.
