Advance in High-intensity Interval Training for Stroke Rehabilitation (review)

Abstract: This paper reviewed that high-intensity interval training (HIT) is effective on cardiorespiratory fitness and walking ability, but limited in quality of life in stroke paitents. More researches are needed to explore the differences from HIT to low and moderate intensity continuous training .
