Advance in Neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic Brain Damage Model (review)

Abstract: The animal model of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage refers to ischemia and hypoxia conditions to duplicate the pathogenesis and pathological progress in the perinatal animals. The main modeling methods include blocking arterial vessels, clipping trachea and prenatal intrauterine anoxia and so on. The paper mainly reviewed the progress and evaluation of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage animal models.
