Abstract: Electroencephalogram (EEG) contains abundant physiological and pathological information. With the development of analysis, EEG can measure the neurodynamics at the sub-second level during impaired speech processing, providing a new perspective for revealing the occurrence, development and recovery mechanism of post-stroke aphasia. EEG plays an important role in the goal setting of rehabilitation for post-stroke aphasia, and serves as an evaluation of the efficacy for clinical rehabilitation.
