Liberated Learning for Deaf Students Depend on Information Technology Environment(review)

Abstract: Before the teaching for the deaf students mainly depended on sign language, lip-reading or writing. However, as the development of the society, the disabilities of these Methods appeared more and more. They can't implement the Liberated Learning for the deaf students fundamentally. Thanks for the Information technology environment; the powerful features of the Speech Recognition technology provide a good opportunity for implementing the Liberated Learning for the deaf students.
