Abstract: ObjectiveTo compare the early rehabilitation of child with brain impair syndrome and cerebral palsy executed in hospital and in family.Methods180 children of 0～2 years old with brain impair syndrome and cerebral palsy were divided into group A and group B randomly. The children of 0～6 months old were in group A1 and group B1, while that of 6 months～2 years old were in group A2 and group B2, correspondingly. Children in group A accepted early formal strengthen rehabilitation training in hospital, and that in group B accept family rehabilitation through guidance. Development quotient (DQ) were assess with Japan Yuanchengsi infant analysis growth scale half a year after.ResultsThe DQ of group A showed higher than that of group B(P<0.01), and DQ of group A1 was higher than DQ of group A2(P<0.05).ConclusionEarly rehabilitation training in hospital is more effective on early cerebral palsy.
