Abstract: It's observed that periarthritis of shoulder is treated with early kinesitherapy intervention combining with diathcrmy. The clinic observation with curative effect the severity of periarticular tenderness prewith posttreatment and the mobility of the shoulder pre-with posttreatment between the treatment and control groups are different. The statistical values are X²=12.55,P<0.005,X²=14.10,P<0.005,X²=14.51,P<0. 005 respectively. The method can shorten the course of treatment.
