Abstract: ASIA Impairment Classification is the standard for spinal cord injury. With or without anal sphincter contraction will tell the degree of injury. Now, many articles have introduced the anal sphincter manometry and electromyogram. We should study whether there is any relationship between the manometry, electromyogram and ASIA.
