Abstract: It is one of the problems to be thought over on how to improve students' employment ability and to solve the difficulties of employment in the course of higher education and teaching. It is a contradiction between the medicos's difficulty of employment and the demand of medicos from old people support industry. Based on employment of students, it is a feasible approach for education of rehabilitation major to meet the demand of old people support industry.
