Abstract: This paper reviewed international documents of disability statistics. The results showed that all disability measurements had been adopted International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) terminology and approach. Disability statistics in US tailored to ICF framework and classification. Disability statistics in China had partially adopted ICF approach.
