Abstract

In order to explore the mechanism and physiological and pathological changes of spasm, it is often necessary to establish corresponding experimental animal spasm models. The quantitative evaluation of rodent spasm model can not only evaluate the success of modeling, but also can be one of the main quantitative indicators of the effect of intervention. This paper summarized the commonly used methods of rodent spasm evaluation.

Key words: spasm; model; evaluation; review
