Advances in Resistance Training for Postoperative Upper Limb Lymphedema in Patients with Breast Cancer

Abstract: Resistance training could promote the drainage of lymph fluid, and reduce the swelling of the affected limb. This article reviewed the mechanism of resistance training in upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery, the timing of resistance training, and the specific measures and evaluation indicators of resistance training in local muscles, whole body muscles and other therapies.
