Abstract: Bricker operation was used to treat advanced paraplegia with severe upper uninary tract deterioration, bilateral ureterohydronephrosis, recurrence urinary tract infection, and chronic renal failure.Three cases have good results. The operation is an extensive and complex procedure,indication should be strict.
