Abstract: It is fewer that sudden deafness in children,especially sudden deafness in both ears in a short term and no much reports about such cases.This paper reported 3 cases suffer from sudden deafness at 9.They all got good effect by medication of little Chaihu soup(a traditional Chinese medicine)combined Dexamethasonum.It is attach importance to the wide range of suffering from sudden deafness.
