Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of occupational therapy(OT),for the improvement upper extremity function of the hemiplegia patient.Methods:67 hemiplegia patients have recevied OT,and assessed with Fugl-Meyer and ADL method.Results:After treatment,improvement for upper extremity and hand 78%,ADL ability 87%.Conclusion:Application OT for training the function of upper extremity and hand of hemiplegia,may recover the all kinds of delicate and coordinate action of hand and upper extremity and improve the quality of daily living.
