脑卒中与睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关性研究

Abstract

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the relationship between stroke and nocturnal sleep apnea syndrome.Method:Some sleep physiological markers of the subjects were observed and analyzed by polysomnography(PSG).Result:OSA and OSH are chief types of sleep respiratory disturbance.AHI and hypoxia time are significantly higher(P<0.01)and nocturnal SaO₂ significantly lower(P<0.01)than those in control group.Nocturnal blood pressure curve presented non-Dipper.Conclusion:Stroke is correlated with SAS closely.SAS is one of risk factors in stroke occurance.
