不同病程脑卒中患者综合康复疗效观察

Abstract

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on clinical nerve function deficiency (CNFD) and activities of daily living (ADL) of the patients with stroke. Methods45 stroke sufferers from different period were divided into three groups (1st group: in one month; 2nd group: one to six months; 3rd group: over six months). Before and after the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment was given, the CNFD, ADL and clinical effect were assessed.ResultsAfter comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, the CNFD of 1st group, and the ADL score of 1st group and 2nd group were improved significantly, and the 1st group's was better than the others. The total effective rate also increased in 1st and 2nd group. Conclusions Early rehabilitation treatment can improve the patient's neural motion function and the activities of daily living.
