Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of ultraviolet ray on immunity function of patients with cervical spondylopathy. Methods30 cases with cervical spondylopathy were received ultraviolet ray irradiating by the second lumbar vertebra as irradiating center and IgG, IgA, IgM, C₃,C₄ in blood of cases were tested before and after irradiating. ResultsImmunoglobulins of all cases general decreased after 10 times irradiating, especially IgG (P<0.05), but complements increased. Conclusions The ultraviolet ray irradiation can adjust immunity function of patients with cervical spondylopathy.
