Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Zhusuanhuoxue Prescription on asymptomatic Hyperuricemia with coronary heart disease.Methods26 subjects were randomly divided into two groups. 11 patients in the treatment group who were treated with Zhusuanhuoxue Prescription and 15 patients in the control group who were treated with Losartan 50 mg. The changes of the blood uric acid level were observed before and 3 weeks after treatment.ResultsThere was a significant difference of uric acid level before and after treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between these 2 groups(P=0.356).ConclusionZhusuanhuoxue Prescription is effective on asymptomatic hyperuricemia with CHD, which is similar to that of Lostan.
