Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of dehypnotic drug treatment on sleep derangement of inpatients.Methods100 patients with sleep derangement but without before admission were randomly divided into the study group (n=50) and control group (n=50). Patients in the study group were treated with dehypnotic drug treatment after admission, while patients in the control group were treated with hypnotic drug following doctor's advice. The sleeping quality improvement of two groups was observed.ResultsThe sleeping quality of patients of the study group improved markedly, and had a significant difference compared with patients of the control group in sleeping time during the night, frequency of awaking during the night, oneself's feeling and blood pressure after waking (P<0.05~0.01).ConclusionDehypnotic drug treatment is more effect to solve inpatients' sleep derangement.
