Abstract: Reflex sympathetic dystrophy after stroke,also called shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS),is a common complication of stroke.It is presumed that SHS is consequence of many factors,including periphery injury,effect of sympathetic never system,neurogenic inflammation,and plasticity of central nervous system.
