Clinic and Imaging Features of Acute Renal Infarction: 6 Cases Report

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinic and imaging features of acute renal infarction. Methods 6 cases with acute renal infarction since 2004 were reported. Results All patients complained renal pain. Diagnosis was drawn with contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) scan in all cases. Angiography performed in 2 cases supported the diagnosis. Conclusion Renal pain may suggest acute renal infarction especially after endovascular operation. Contrast-enhanced CT is useful for the diagnosis.
