Abstract: Objective To investigate the characteristic and rehabilitation of polyglot aphasia.Methods A case whose native languages are both Chinese and Korean,and can also speak fluent Japanese,suffering aphasia after a traffic accident was reported.Results and Conclusion His communication ability mainly on understanding and expression improved after a few months rehabilitation.The rehabilitation in different languages improved on different level.
