Abstract: With the body senescing,the endocrine function decreased.In the recent more than ten years,a relationship between pituitary-thyroid axis dysfunction and senile psychosis has attracted increasing attention.Thyroxin is thought to be closely related with the cognitive dysfunction and senile dementia.
