Abstract: Objective To observe the influence of Qing Xin Yang Yin Tang on the depression and anxiety of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).Methods 56 CFS patients were treated with Qing Xin Yang Yin Tang and evaluated with Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients improved,and the scores of FS-14,SDS and SAS were declined significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Qing Xin Yang Yin Tang is obviously effective and reliable on CFS without side effects.
