Advance in Rehabilitation of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (review)

Abstract: Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is the most common complaint of diabetic patients, affecting the quality of life of patients seriously. The effect of DPN treated with traditional medicine therapy is poor. The rehabilitation of DPN develops fast recently. The authors overview the current trend of the rehabilitation treatments of DPN in the article including medicine therapy, physical therapy, exercise therapy, traditional Chinese medicine, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, orthopaedic devices and so on.
