Abstract: Objective To survey the factors that impact reproductive health of disabled adult women in Guangdong. Methods The questionnaire and group interview were performed with stratified cluster sampling. Results and Conclusion 4380 cases were surveyed. 46.54% of them denied that they had reproductive system infection. 38.70% had received systemic healthy examination. 63.17% had taken contraceptive. 29.70% failed from contraception. 50.24% knew at least 3 Methods for contraception. 37.39% knew at least 3 ways against AIDS infection. The levels of reproductive health were related with their age, type and degree of disability, status of habitation, marriage, education, job, economy.
