Neurorestoratological Unit

Abstract: The neurorestoratological unit (NRU) is a medical integrated unit for the management of central nervous system impairment in sub-acute, chronic stage, and/or sequela, with standard diagnosing and treating process and specific goal. The professional in NRU are commonly included the physicians, nurses, and therapists come from neurorestoratology, neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, etc., and work together to implement the comprehensive neurorestoratological clinical treatment to improve the patient's neurological function and the quality of life as more as possible.
