Abstract: Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) usually occurs during normal pregnancy or a few days after delivery. The gold standard of diagnosis is the reversibility of cerebral vascular constriction confirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA). In this article, we descried the clinical and imaging features of one RCVS case proved by repeating DSA, and discussed the probably pathophysiological mechanisms.
