广州市社区卫生服务中心康复人员配备及工作情况分析

Abstract

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the rehabilitation staffing in community health care center in Guangzhou City. MethodsThe basic personal information, work condition, work load, problems in special staff of rehabilitation for disabled persons were investigated with self-report questionnaires. Results143 staff (92.86%) had accepted higher education, 38 (24.68%) practiced beyond 3 years. The main work was the rehabilitation services for local inhabitants, and the other services have not been carried out widely. The main problems reported were lack of finance, staff and skills training. 83.77% promised that they would provide the rehabilitation services meeting the governmental standard. ConclusionStaff who work for the community health care center have more professional education and experience, compared with years ago. The services need more normalization, and the financial support is also needed.
