Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation on Motor Function after Stroke

Abstract: Objective To explore the comprehensive rehabilitation on motor function after stroke. Methods 60 stroke patients were dividedinto 2 groups (n=30) who respectively accepted normal neurodevelopment therapy (control group) and comprehensive rehabilitation(experimental group) for 3 months. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) before and 3 months after the treatment. ResultsThere was significant improvement in both groups after treatments (P<0.01), and it was more in the experimental group than in the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the motor function after stroke.
