Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training on negative symptom of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 70schizophrenics were divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35). Both groups took antipsychotics. The control group receivedroutine psychiatric nursing, and the observation group received targeted rehabilitation training additionally. The rehabilitation effectwas assessed by Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS) and Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale (IPROS). ResultsThe scores of lack of interest, attention dysfunction, ability of daily life, social function, concern and interest were lower in observationgroup than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation training during hospitalization can improve the social function of schizophrenics.
