Abstract: The establishment of induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells is considered as one of the most important progresses in science and technology nowadays. In recent years, the iPS cells have been used in the construction of cellular model for hereditary heart disease, and the successful treatment in animal model of myocardial infarction, which brings a bright future for exploring the pathogenesis and therapy of hereditary heart disease.
