莫诺苷对二磷酸腺苷诱导兔血小板聚集后血栓素B2的影响

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of morroniside on thromboxane B₂ in the condition of platelet aggregation in rabbits inducedby adenosine diphosphate (ADP). Methods The level of TXB₂ was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ResultsCompared with the controls, morroniside significantly inhibited the increase of TXB₂ induced by ADP (P<0.001). Conclusion Morronisidecan inhibit the level of TXB₂ by inhibiting the platelet aggregation in rabbits induced by ADP.
