Abstract: The incidence of the lung cancer increased as the aging of population. Lung cancer in the aged characterized in feature and treatment. This paper discussed the characteristics, early features, the problems of routine treatment, the alternative managements such as green therapy, assessment and improvement of quality of life, etc., in old lung cancer.
