Application of Project Management in Assistive Device Adaptive Service for People with Disability

Abstract

Abstract: Project management is one kind of scientific management model. It is widely applied in many fields, such as enterprise management and engineering construction and achieved significant benefits. This article introduced knowledge system and concepts of project management. It analyzed some characteristics of assistive device service and put forwards 4 stages of assistive device service project and its' content. It also discussed some factors affecting the success of project management
