Abstract: Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a commonly encountered degenerative disease in clinic which gets widespread attention due to its high incidence and disability. The biomechanics is a relatively cause of KOA. This paper reviewed the biomechanics from the aspects of articular stability, adduct torque, gait and alignment.
