Abstract: Objective To analyze the effects of suspensory manner and step speed on suspension of crus prosthesis. Methods The Prothèse Tibiale Kegel(PTK) crus prostheses with EVA soft socket and silicone socket were made and dressed by one patient who was familiar to dress crus prothesis. The gait analysis was performed with infrared ray imaging. Results The displacement of suspension induced by PTK crus prosthesis was different from those induced by prosthesis with silicone liner locked(P<0.05),and had the different displacements under different step speed(P<0.05~0.001).Conclusion The PTK crus prosthesis and that with silicone liner locked have different effects on suspension under different step speed.
