Abstract: In recent years, more attention has been attracted by non-invasive measurement of the arterial elasticity function. Pulse wave velocity (PWV) assay is one of the commonly used Methods . The PWV measured on different sites of the artery system indicates the elasticity characteristics of the arterial segment and may have different pathophysiology bases and clinical significance.
